ActualIT Solutions Ltd has sold its Web Performance Measurement business to
Gómez
Inc. the American supplier upon whose technology this business had been based.
Gómez
will take over ActualIT's GPN and PeerReview performance measurement
contracts and service these directly. The sales and support team of ActualIT previously responsible for the Gomez portfolio have joined Gómez
Europe. As a result customers are assured of both continuity of
service and personal contact.
Commenting
on the sale, David Hudson, Managing Director of ActualIT Solutions said
"The sale allows us to concentrate on our web testing, analysis,
improvement and cost reduction businesses all of which have done well
through recent months".
